Logo Quality - Some things to look for on your logo before submitting are logo size too small, blurry, if you don't want a background on the logo, make sure the logo file is a .png file, with a transparent background. The final result depends on your picture, design or logo quality.
Picture Quality – Some things to look for on your photo before submitting are low quality images, blurry, and distance from camera. The photo shouldn’t be too close or too far away, for optimal results.
Picture/Cropping – Do not worry if your picture is sideways or not perfect. Our designers will receive your full photo and will make it look the best it can.
Lead Time – Our designers will custom make your design and our production team will make your product by hand. This takes about 3-5 days. Shipping then takes 2-3 days to the United States.
